Description: Wooden Boat Restoration Every now and then you stumble on a warm and interesting charachter in the most unlikely places. The sign outside Les Sims workshop reads "Wooden Boat Building, Visitors Welcome" he's a passionate wooden boat restorer. Les, a down to earth character, welcomes you into his workshop and shows you round the boats he loves, so if you?re passing through Devonport, Tasmania and you happen to see his sign out, head on in for a good old yarn and some warm hospitality. In these two episodes Les shares his love of old wooden boats telling us about his recent refurbishment of a Dinghy and a Coota Boat he?s halfway through restoring.
